Philip Rosi
PHILIP R. ROSI has practiced law for over 40 years, in Michigan, the District of Columbia as an attorney with the Executive Office of the President, as well as in Illinois and Vermont. Mr. Rosi is a graduate Mechanical Engineer (Carnegie Mellon University, 1959) and the University of Chicago Law School (1963). In 1999 he was selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as an Attorney of the Year. He is a member of the state, local and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as the Supreme Courts of Michigan, Illinois and Vermont.

Gary Gardner
GARY ALLEN GARDNER practiced in the courts of Saginaw, Midland and Bay City before moving to Traverse City. Mr. Gardner has been a speaker and panelist for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and authored an article for the MICHIGAN BAR JOURNAL, The Fair Credit Reporting Act: Implications for 1999 and Beyond. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Michigan courts, as well as U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts throughout Michigan.

Michael Newman
MICHAEL B. NEWMAN brings to Traverse City his 12 years of experience practicing at a mid-sized firm in Boston, focusing on insurance defense and subrogation, commercial contracts, civil rights, and employment litigation. Mr. Newman has provided disability rights advocacy, and co-authored “An Overview of Health Care Issues in the ADA and §504 of the Rehabilitation Act” for the American Law Institute. He has also been an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Mr. Newman is admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida, as well as MA and RI federal courts and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
